A hidden gem with a twist
The lagoon's crystal-clear water was mesmerizing. Perfect for a refreshing swim while watching colorful fish swim by. The surrounding natural beauty was truly breathtaking.
However, the check-in process was a headache. Arriving later than the designated hours left us locked out without any staff to assist. It was a frustrating start to our stay.

Shared patio with lawn chairs facing the beach, spacious room with couch and refrigerator, few minutes from downtown
The pool needs serious attention—dirty and uninviting!!! Hot water issues and inconsistent electricity outages made the stay less comfortable than expected!!!

Had a fantastic time enjoying the serene beach access and lounging by the outdoor pool, both of which were just perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere was great for winding down, although the restaurant's early closing time was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I'd recommend visiting for a chill day at the beach.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We spent our days relaxing on the beach and swimming in a lovely cenote nearby. Snorkeling was an absolute blast. Just a heads up, the beach can have some seaweed, so plan accordingly.
One downside was a ridiculous camera fee they charged us for taking a few photos. It really put a damper on our experience.

Improved dining options would enhance the experience.

The room was really spacious, which was a big plus. The views were pretty amazing too. However, housekeeping just walked in without knocking, which was awkward. Air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was huge, so that was nice.

The beach location is a slice of paradise, perfect for chillin’ and catching waves. Plus, the spacious rooms give you room to breathe, making it a great family retreat!
The rooms need some TLC, like peeling ceiling paint and a pool that could use a good scrub.

I recently spent two nights enjoying the beautiful ocean views and relaxing by the pool. The charm of the location was inviting, making it easy to forget about everything back home. I had a good time exploring the beach area, where clean water made swimming pleasant. I noticed how they took care of the beach compared to other spots, which reminded me of the serene Italian coast I love.
The restaurant options were limited. The food didn't meet expectations. The nearby convenience store was my only alternative for meals. WiFi was unreliable, and I had to rely on my mobile data.
